This policy explains how TARGA ("we", "us") handles personal data across targa.com and our products, Targa Watches, TRANSCRIPT.YOU and ASKAI.FREE. We collect as little as we can, and we never sell personal data.

What we collect

• Contact form. When you write to us we store your name, email address, chosen topic, subject and message so we can reply. We keep messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
• Technical logs. Our servers keep standard access logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and reliability. Logs rotate automatically.
• No advertising trackers. targa.com sets no third-party advertising cookies.

How we use your data

• To answer the messages you send us.
• To keep the site secure and detect abuse.
• To meet legal obligations where they apply.

Product-specific notes

TRANSCRIPT.YOU processes audio you choose to transcribe; recordings and transcripts belong to you. ASKAI.FREE processes the questions you ask it. Neither product uses your content to build advertising profiles. Each product publishes its own detailed notices inside the product.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who host our infrastructure, under contracts that restrict them to processing on our instructions. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us via the contact form and we will respond to every request.

Cookies

targa.com uses only the cookies needed to make the site work — chiefly a session cookie that keeps the contact form secure against cross-site request forgery. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep things

• Contact messages. Kept while we handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
• Server logs. Rotated automatically on a short cycle.
• Product data. Governed by each product's own retention settings, which you control from inside the product.
