These terms govern your use of targa.com. Product-specific terms for Targa Watches, TRANSCRIPT.YOU and ASKAI.FREE are provided with each product; where they differ, the product terms prevail for that product.

Use of this site

• You may browse, read and share links to our content freely.
• You may not scrape the site at abusive volume, attempt to breach its security, or misrepresent TARGA content as your own.

Content

Articles in the TARGA Journal are provided for general information. They are written with care, but they are not professional advice — watch servicing, legal or otherwise. Verify anything critical with a qualified professional.

Intellectual property

The TARGA name, wordmark and site content are owned by TARGA. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution and a link is welcome; wholesale reproduction is not.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Product terms

Each TARGA product carries its own terms, because each does something different:

• Targa Watches. Sales, warranty and servicing are handled by the authorised dealer you buy from. Dealer terms govern the purchase itself; these site terms govern only your use of targa.com.
• TRANSCRIPT.YOU. Audio you upload and the transcripts produced from it remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to record and transcribe the material you submit.
• ASKAI.FREE. Answers are generated by an AI model and may contain errors. Treat them as a starting point, not a final authority — our guide to why AI systems state falsehoods confidently explains why this matters.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use targa.com or our products to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or process material you have no permission to process. We may suspend access where use is clearly abusive.

Data and privacy

How we handle personal data is set out separately in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. If the two documents ever conflict on a data question, the privacy policy governs.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.

Governing approach

Nothing here removes rights you hold as a consumer under the law that applies where you live. Where a term is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the rest continues to apply.
